# Checkout pending (`checkout_pending`)

The account has an open checkout. A person pays it, then the call runs.

## Fix: A person opens a link (`fix.kind: link`)

- **The person:** Open the link in the error (fix.url) in a browser and finish the step there: pay, upgrade or connect an account.
- **The agent:** Show the person fix.url, wait until they say it is done, then send the same call again.
- **Run the call again:** yes, once the fix is done.
