# Internal error (`internal_error`)

Vamo failed on its side. Retry once; if it fails again, write to support.

## Fix: Wait, then try again (`fix.kind: wait`)

- **The person:** Nothing.
- **The agent:** Wait fix.retryAfterMs when it is set (a few seconds otherwise) and send the same call again. If it fails twice, tell the person.
- **Run the call again:** yes, once the fix is done.
